Important information

Unfortunately, due to heavy rainfall yesterday June 29, the quarterfinal between Germany and Denmark at 20:45 in Rotterdam was cancelled. Despite various attempts, the pitch remained unsuitable. Therefore the call was made to postpone the match to Sunday July 30, 12:00 CET. The stadium opens its gates at 10:30. Tickets from Saturday's match remain valid on Sunday. The stadium ticket office will be open from 09:30CET for anyone wishing to buy a new ticket. If you had a ticket from Saturday but have lost it, a replacement can be obtained with a ticket order and passport.

Print your tickets!
Tickets from Saturday will remain valid on Sunday. Have you purchased your tickets online? Then print before you go to the stadium. The stadium can only be accessed with physically printed ticket on A4. A ticket on a smartphone can not be scanned and does not give access to the stadium.

- People who have a ticket for the match can visit the match tomorrow with their ticket. The stadium opens at 10.30.

- People that were in the stadium tonight and threw away their ticket, can pick up a back-up ticket tomorrow at the ticket point collection at the stadium by showing their ID-card and confirmation email. The check-out opens at 09:30.

- People that weren’t in possession of a valid ticket, can buy a ticket tomorrow morning at the ticket point collection. The check-out opens at 09:30.

- People that are in possession of a valid ticket, but can’t attend the rescheduled match tomorrow, don’t have a right to reclaim their money and/ or reclaim any other financial compensation - as is mentioned in the general information.

Have you purchased your tickets online? Then print before you go to the stadium. The stadium can only be accessed with physically printed ticket on A4. A ticket on a smartphone can not be scanned and does not give access to the stadium.

  • There is also catering available in stadium. Cold and warm snacks will be served. You can pay with coins.
  • Coins are for sale (contact or pin) at the special points around the stadium.

Safety
Safety first! Therefore, there are some rules we’d like to bring to your attention:

  • Everybody that enters the stadium will be checked – this includes bags. To avoid long lines, it’s preferred to leave bags at home.
  • Items that may be dangerous to visitors are prohibited in stadium: bottles, glasses, sticks, fireworks and weapons.
  •  Banners without sticks are allowed, provided the text on the banner is not discriminatory, offensive or politically loaded.
  • Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in and around the stadium.

Travel information

Public transport                                    

If you come by public transport, you can reach the stadium with various trams and buses. Tram line 8 and bus line 38 both stop next to the stadium while tram lines 4, 21 and 23 stop near the stadium, Marconiplein Metro Station is just a five-minute walk from the Sparta Stadium. Check your fastest way to the stadium here.

Are you traveling to the stadium by bike or walking? Then use the special Active app that UEFA has developed and maybe you will win one of the great prizes. You can park your bike near the stadium.

Parking information

  • We advise you to park at the assigned parking lots near the stadium. Follow the WEURO parking signs.
  • Please note: P1 and P2 are only available for special guests whom have received a pre-issued parking card.
  • We advise visitors to park on the lots of Spaanse Polder.
  • On the Horvathweg near the stadium, there is a Kiss and Ride where you can drop people or meet them after the game, logically you can not park here and is only meant for kiss and ride.

Buses:
There will be a very limited amount of parking spots available for buses near the stadium. Please send an email to ticketing@weuro2017.nl to apply for a parking pass. You’re guaranteed a parking spot after you’ve received a confirmation.

Disabled parking:
Parking passes are only available online by submitting a request to ticketing@weuro2017.nl.

 Utrecht -Gouda
Follow A12 to Gouda, A20 towards Rotterdam and then exit 12 (Spaansepolder, see below). At the junction you turn right, towards Delfshaven. At the second traffic light you turn left (Spaanseweg). At the next traffic light you turn right (onto Horvathweg). Sparta Stadium is on your right.

Amsterdam - The Hague 
First follow A4 to The Hague, A13 to Rotterdam and finally the A20 to Hoek van Holland and then take exit 12. At the second traffic light you turn left (Spaanseweg). At the next traffic light you turn right (onto Horvathweg). Sparta Stadium is on your right.

Breda - Dordrecht
Follow the A16 towards The Hague, follow the A20 towards Hoek van Holland and then take exit 12 (Spaansepolder). At the second traffic light you turn left (Spaanseweg). At the next traffic light you turn right (onto Horvathweg). Sparta Stadium is on your right.

Exit 12 - Spaansepolder
After taking the exit turn right towards Delfshaven. Continue under the viaduct to the second traffic lights to turn left (Spaanseweg). At the next traffic lights turn right (Horvathweg). The Sparta Stadium is on your right.

Hoek van Holland
Follow the A20 in the direction Rotterdam / The Hague. Then take exit 12 (Spaansepolder). After taking the exit turn right towards Delfshaven. At the first traffic lights turn left (Spaanseweg). At the next traffic lights turn right (Horvathweg). The Sparta Stadium is on your right.
